about a month ago my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer. she has it all in her left lung and liver. it’s been really hard for my family and i but we’re trying to cope with the situation. she’s took 9 out of 10 doses of radiation to break up the tumor in her lung (which it has helped already tremendously so we’re thankful for that) and took her first treatment of chemotherapy two weeks ago. she has another dose next week and they told her she’ll only need 4-6 treatments of radiation to go into remission for only 2-3 years. god only knows how long she’ll live cause she might out live everyone in my family!! who knows!! i’m just trying so hard to stay positive because my mom is my muse and i love her so much!!
