Got it from him as a refund! Only house I use and its beautiful for either boys or girls!!!!! Best house I've ever had, So opened up can put swimming items like boats and floaties out in the ocean! Put a grill on the dock and on the patio, a nice modern patio set! It's amazing of how many furniture nods and how many ways you can create it to make it look beauitful! Nice textures and GREAT details! Love it, people have made so many different kinds of this place but I think this one is tops! Once again LOVE it and continue making these kinds of products!
