Zorba The Hutt was one of the galaxy's most famous and powerful Crime Lords, a member of the Hutt Council, and father of the mighty Jabba The Hutt, before the Clone Wars. Then Zorba stepped down and passed leadership to his son when Jabba became old enough to take over for him. Zorba left Tatooine and settled on Nar Shaddaa, however, he kept a close eye on his son and the family business. When the Clone Wars started, Zorba moved farther into Hutt Space and did his best to stay out of things, even giving up his rank, title and seat on the Council. During the rebellion against the galactic Empire, Zorba managed to supply both sides with weapons, ships, building materials, troops and passage through Hutt Space. After that war ended and his son, Jabba died and Bib Fortuna assumed command, Zorba watched from a distance, waiting to see how things might turn out, for the better or worse? The infamous Bounty Hunter, Boba Fett killed Fortuna and took his place as the new Crime Lord of Tatooine. Zorba made his move and cut a deal with Fett, which would leave Boba the leader but Zorba would have an equal share in all things, a 50/50 split. -------------- Zorba had a new Hutt Palace constructed for himself on the opposite side of the Dune Sea from Fett's Palace and opened many new businesses. He also relocated the new Hutt Council Meeting Chamber to Tatooine's most Southern region. Now the Hutts rule most of the Outer Rim Sectors once again and business is better then ever.
