This is a great bargain! Many rooms, nice design, and a nice view from the windows - something many similarly-priced homes lack. Not much in the way of standing points, so you'll need to add some or rely on those included with your furnishings. If this were a more expensive house, I'd have given it a 4/5 due to that, but for the price, you can't go wrong! Very nicely done :-)
