Your product http://id.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=6555466 does NOT have a tool icon on it. It can NOT be moved, deleted or placed accordingly in my room. It infact, fell into a black hole. I am not happy! I would appreciate a refund of 2,718 credits that I paid for this malfunctioned product. Either fix it or refund my credits. Thank You, Holly
