The Buffalo Stampede is SUPPOSED to load under the floor. If you leave it there and do not raise it... you will see two pose spots above the floor. Standing on one of these pose spots will trigger the animation. The sound is separate... triggered by typing stampede. I hope this has helped. Thanks again for purchasing my product.
