This product has been tested by five different people and found to work just fine other than sn14.I would suggest perhaps to make sure you have the current version running, and make sure they are typed in right....they are case sensitive.
When sn14 is replaced I will send you the newest version but as far as a refund, this product is not faulty.I have sold over 100 of these with only two people including yourself complain. So it has been tested again by FIVE different people and it worked fine. They only hing they could find is sn14.
I am sorry for your inconvience and the sn14 is being fixed.
