Ouppps! just found Myself the answer to the question I asked on Nov.13..you wrote on page that trigger word is ''open'' but you should specify that u need a capital O as ''Open'' and not open, that makes all the diff. it's working properly now..But you should open your HP so we can send u messages in private concerning products we bought from u if needed. Now it s set as ''Only takes Messages from Buddies'' So we pass by over here to ask, but i've waited 7 days and u never returned an answer o-O
