Would be a 5-star if it did not have the hat/hair combo built in. The dress is pretty, and is something I would give to a friend or two, but the fact that the hair and the hat do not come off and are attached to the dress would keep me from doing so. No girl I know wants to look exactly like every other girl. I get it that it's supposed to be Rose, but since she only wore one hat in the entire movie in the first scene, I don't see why it was necessary, especially since this is obviously an Evening dress, and so a hat would be a no-no.
