It is an amazing item, but the outfit it goes with is extremely lackluster. Also, it is not Derivable, beaning others can not improve upon the fantastic Armor piece you have created. Unless you take requests regarding this particular piece, I can only see you not fully realizing the potential this piece has.
I have to give it a 3/5 because its full potential is not able to be realized.
