Most def the largest real estate on IMVU. And the best too! So it takes a bit to load, but when it's done, you'll have one of the most amazing rooms you can get. And it runs fast too. I know smaller rooms that have a lot more lag than this one. The textures rock! I love the whole aquarium theme thru out the house. Same as the poses, every pose you need is already in this room.
