Beautiful product however, when I tried it it wasn't that fast. Now that I have put it in my room..the dancing is so fast all I see is a blur. Is there anyway this can be fixed as the cost is a fair bit to pay. I don't want to request a refund as I really do love this. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
